Some of my results are as follows.
holes with the Yang-Mills field –
the first explicit
counterexample to the `No-Hair' conjecture,
and also gravitational sphalerons in the Einstein-Yang-Mills theory .
– essentially the
only known explicit solutions for gravity-coupled non-Abelian gauge
These solutions were used by Maldacena and Nunez for the dual description of confinement of quarks, which had a large impact on string theory.

discovery of the
explicit construction of vortons
– spinning vortex loops
by the centrifugal force ,  discovery of the superconducting vortices in the Weinberg-Salam theory .
